BACK UP YOUR DATA

It is very important that the data is backed up on a medium other than the computer where your program is installed. If you lose your data, all the work you have put in, is gone and all the time wasted. And by backing up your data, you can then restore it on another computer where another copy of your Business Erecords is installed, and in this way you can use a number of different computers. Data back up and restore feature is therefore essential for data computer sharing. You must back up your data before you can restore it. When you back up your data, remember where and in which directory you have backed up, as you will need to know that when you restore.

Backing up your data is as easy as...

Click on the Button.

Navigate to the Directory where you want to back up the data. This should be on some USB stick.

Click OK if you are happy.
